Jessica Tsipe Angelson, MS, CNM
Jessica Tsipe Angelson is a PhD student in the department of Population, Family, and Reproductive Health. She is currently a Research Assistant with MDMOM’s Severe Maternal Morbidity Surveillance and Review initiative. Her broad research interests are in the political determinants of maternal health, maternal health service quality improvement, and implementation science. She has additional interests in severe maternal morbidity and global trends in cesarean birth. A midwife by training, she holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Stanford University and the Columbia University School of Nursing.
