HOW TO CREATE, UPDATE AND DELETE RESOURCES

Resources point to information that may be of interest to MDMOM users. These resources include hospital capabilities, research papers, public health advisories and more. These resources can be defined by any user with admin privileges by clicking the Add button in the Resources Library page.

When the user clicks the Add button, a form is displayed. This form allows the user to describe the event's title and information about the event, when the event occurs, where the event will be held, and more.

There are three types of Resources displayed on the MDMOM website.
  1. The hospitals with birthing facilities. Clicking an icon on the map displays information about the hospital.

  2. Information about Covid 19. There are several subsections to these resources.

  3. A library of resource documents the user may wish to access.

Adding, Deleting and Editing this data requires an account with proper permissions. If your account needs to be upgraded send a message to the MDMOM staff.

Add new resources

  1. Log in as user with required permissions.
  2. Browse to https://mdmom.org/resources.
  3. Click "Add" button at top of the page.
  4. Fill in the form.
  5. Click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.

Delete a resource

  1. Log in as user with required permissions.
  2. Browse to https://mdmom.org/resources.
  3. Click trash-can icon to the right of the resource you wish to delete
  4. Confirm that you wish to delete this item.

Edit an resource

  1. Log in as user with required permissions.
  2. Browse to https://mdmom.org/resources.
  3. Click center (pencil/paper) icon to the right of the resource you wish to modify
  4. Change the contents.
  5. Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
